Items on the Help menu correspond to the other menus and links you can see on the site. If something on one of those menus is confusing you, your best bet is to look at the help page for that menu item. Some options are only visible to registered members. To avoid confusion, the help pages for those options are also only visible to registered members. See how much we care?
If we end up being asked the same questions repeatedly, this page that you are reading right now will be replaced by a Frequently Asked Questions page. For the moment, very few questions have been asked, let alone frequently, so there isn't much point in creating one. But that may change, and if it does, you'll find the answers here. And there are some gaps - we haven't had time yet to write all the help pages that we'd like to write.
