If you have lost your password, click on the Forgot login? link right under the login area.

You will be asked whether you need to retrieve your login name or your password.  In either case, the information will be sent to the email address that you registered with the site.  If you have forgotten your password, you can have a new password generated and emailed to you.  If you have forgotten your login name, you can have that emailed to you (although you can use your email address to log in anyway).

If you do get a new password generated, then once you have had it sent by email and used it to log in, you might want to change it to something you'll remember.  There is a help page that describes how to change your password.  (Note: this link will only work once you have logged in.)

Also, if you are logging in on your own machine, we recommend making sure the Remember Me box is ticked - that way you don't have to log in every time you visit the site.
