A Spoonful of Poison is a long-running and highly respected FREE ENTRY open-mic that welcomes and encourages upbeat music and poetry (ORIGINAL material ONLY), stand-up comedy and all types of performance that have the ability to entertain within 5-7 mins ! 5 minute open-spots are available every week to anyone that turns up, ideally between 7 & 8pm. A few spots are available to pre-book by emailing Spoon - if you're lucky you may land yourself a feature ;-) Currently Spoonful happens every Monday, alternating between Kings Cross & Hoxton, and from April 2012 we'll additionally be in Stoke Newington EVERY Wednesday... Hoxton Poison happens on the following Mondays : March 12th and 26th April 9th & 23rd May 14th & 28th
