I've only played this gig once, but I was struck by the size and friendliness of the audience, and by the fact that it is a really good room to play - plenty of space, an actual raised stage, the works. They run a tight ship, these Rocket people.
Known as one of the friendliest venues to play, e-mail the compere ahead of the night to secure a 5 min spot - or just turn up on the night and take your chances... Everyone says the same - it's a real pleasure to be there!! x
